I'm 35, 5'7" and weigh 157 - so I'm not excessively overweight. I try to eat right and go to the gym 3 times a week - plus play around on the weekends - biking, blading, running, etc. Recently, I changed my gym routine to include more aerobics (from 25 minutes to approx. 45 minutes).
I trying to get rid of my "beer belly" in time for summer.
Can you offer any help?
