I sympathize with your problem. There are a few things that can help, no miracle cure though. If overweight loosing some pounds can help. If a smoker Quit, that will help. Reduce your intake of caffine. Take the herbs Ginko Bilboa, Ginsing, and saw palmetto if you are over 50. More drastic actions are vacuum pumps and a cock ring, prescription injections, a prescription ureathera suppository called Muse (very expensive). And surgicaly a penile implant.
