Unless you got one rough blow job that tore the skin of your dick up, or the other person's mouth had some open flesh wounds, I'd venture to say that your chances of contracting the AIDS virus are incredibly unlikely. Here's why:

Granted, unprotected sexual contact where an exchange of fluids occurs has the possibility of transmitting a disease. First, there has to be a disease to be transmitted. That means that one of you was already a carrier. Judge this two ways, one is by your knowledge of this person (i.e. his past sexual experiences) and second by an actual lab test.

If you have reason to believe that one of you were infected prior to the blowjob, then consider the fluid medium - mouth with saliva to dick with cum. In the case that the person giving the blowjob had the virus - it would have to compete with the hostile environment created by his saliva - and this is assuming that this person has some serious mouth sores that allow blood to be present in quantity. If he didn't have such a mouth condition and his blood didn't penetrate the other guy's urethra, then it's safe to say that the combination of air and saliva would kill the virus.

In the case that the person getting the blowjob had the virus - it would have to be transmitted through sink openings on the dick or through generous amounts of cum directed into an open tissue area (such as an eye or deep in the throat) that was neither exposed to amounts of saliva or air.

Now, I'm no expert on this subject, but I'm confident that unless there were some unusually harsh conditions that a virus such as AIDS was not transmitted during your blowjob. If you're still uncomfortable with the topic, I suggest you take the time to have a lab test performed or visit a physician.

In the future, if you don't take the precaution of protecting you and the other person with a condom, take a moment to examine each other's equiment (mouth and dick and whatnot) for any open flesh areas, and encourage an overflowing amount of saliva and lots of air contact with the body parts during the whole process.
