I think you have great things to say. However, I do not buy into your existentialism. You cannot simply deny the fact that there is something else than our terrestrial lives. Surely, living with the sole purpose of just existing would be futile. Christ and his disciples dedicated their lives to spreading the message of peace and love. Today's society blitzes people with such messages of comformity and acceptance that those of little faith are forced to surrender. It is inevitable that we as mere mortals shall sin and commit acts we remorsefully regret. Our self-destruction, however, leads us to Christ in search of salvation, and leads us back time and time again for redemtption. We must spend our time in this world seeking a greater purpose, one that is not only greater than social order, but is a means to establishing such order -- salvation. In doing so, so will forge the golden path of peace and love in the name of Christ, securing the unchartered land remaining to be claimed for God's kingdom. This love, in my opinion, is undiscriminately shared by all humans: men or women, black or white, straight or gay.
