As I said before: If misery is what you seek to achieve in life, then by all means, continue to embrace religion as your source of knowledge.

If you think that this life (meaning the one that that you wake up to every morning) is invalid based on your unverified belief that there is possibly something else (as created by an active imagination), then you have placed yourself on a course leading to your own destruction. There can be no life when one has nothing to live for.

In everything that we do every day, choices are made which either further life or detract from it. These can be any number of choices, from what food to eat to which guy to have sex with. You live according to some system of thought in your day to day actions, but it is filled with contradictions that leave you feeling guilty for evading your mind and fearful because you're unsure of the consequences.

Anyone who embraces a system of thought that calls for one's destruction for some unknown is going to get exactly what they deserve. I cannot understand why you would choose the unknown over the physical reality available to you through your senses. You have the faculty to deal with and understand everything around you - yet you live like a feverish animal that believes it's okay to be sacrificed to whatever might come along. It is a very disgusting way to live one's life, and I am happy to say that I do not share it.
