   The Registration forms can be found either in a non-encrypted
or a fully encrypted environment.  Either way, the essentials
that are required for creating your Cafe account are as follows:

* Note:  To use the on-line registration system, your web
         browser must support encrypted documents.  Any
         Netscape compatible browser will work well, however
         other browsers will result in bogus error codes
         when you try to access the secure page, or submit
         the form to the secure server.  Visit the Cafe Update

         registration methods.

      4.  Your City, State, Zip, and Country:

      5.  A phone number where you can be reached:

      6.  Choose a Cafe username:

      7.  Choose a password:

      8.  Re-type your password:

      9.  Choose a subscription level:

          US$ 20.00   Curious       One Month
          US$ 30.00   Wanderer      Six Months
          US$ 50.00   ValueMan      One Year
          US$100.00   Sugar Daddy   Three Years

    10.  Choose a credit card type:

          * Discover/NOVUS
          * Visa
          * MasterCard

    11.  Enter your Card Number:

    12.  Enter your Card Expiration date:

    13.  Enter your name as it appears on the card:

    14.  Are there any special instructinos or notes?


   When you are done filling out the form, click the submit
button.  Please note that the above is only a reference for
the information that is requested on the actual forms.  Visit
one of the links above for the real thing.  For guests
choosing to subscribe by postal mail, FAX, or e-mail, the same
details are required (except for the credit card info) to
