Usernames/Passwords are Case Sensitive

All usernames and passwords for accessing the Cafe are case sensitive. This means that when you registered, how ever your username and password was typed in is how they have to be typed in the future to get access to a Protected Area. Not entering the same username and password as the one on your receipt page will result in a error and you will not be able to access a Protected Area until you type in your details correctly.

If you still have your electonic receipt, check it first and make sure that you are typing in the details just as they appear. If it's a lowercase letter, type in lowercase, if it's uppercase, type in uppercase, if there is a space, a bracket, or some other odd character, type it. Just make sure that whatever your username and password is, you have to type it in exactly as you first entered it.
