Steve looked around but couldn't see anybody from the gym or on the street. They had all fled since they were scared of him, the monster. "But hey, people, I only wanted to be big", Steve said. Nobody showed up. With a thump that let two shacks collaps and five car-windscreens burst, Steve sat down on the floor. "I didn't want this, " he said to himself. "What's the point in being big if everybody's scared of you? When there's noone to be measured against? And noone to make love to?" "Hey, Stevie!" a tiny voice said. Steve looked up and saw the old man who had sold him the tablets standing in front of him. "You OD'd, didn't you?" The old man smiled. "I knew this would happen one day. That's why I stayed around just in case. Here, take some of these." He poured five tiny blue tablets into Steve's giant hand. Steve swallowed them and - nothing happened. For a moment he was afraid that they had been the wrong pills. Then he noticed that he had lost one of the five tablets when taking them. And at the same time he noticed that he started shrinking.
