Welcome to the HyperNews server at The Gay Cafe. This new addition was created as a place for registered guests of the Cafe to post articles in message groups or Forums. At present there are not many topic threads, so I encourage everyone to use this to start defining content and I will add dedicated forums that receive a lot of attention. Soon the Cafe HyperNews area will be filling with new material on a daily basis. And unlike Usenet, this spot is just for guests of the Gay Cafe. No wasteland of messages or distribution of your posts across the world.

Should you have any problems using the system, I suggest trying the Help links at the bottom of the pages, or you can contact me at webmaster@gaycafe.com for help. This is a pretty simple and straight forward system, so I'm confident that everyone will be able to get the hang of it easily.

Now be bold and drop a posting somewhere, we're all looking forward to this feature blasting open into a dynamic medium. Thanks for being a guest of the Cafe. Enjoy!

Oh! By the way, those of you familiar with HTML can use tags in your HyperNews postings that add flavor. It's a snazzy thing to be able to write creative HTML into your postings. *smile*
