Before you say or do anything in regard to your predicament, ask yourself if the rewards are worth the risk. Whether or not you are bisexual, gay or straight, a monogamous relationship should never be taken for granted. Would you consider having an affair with another woman? Wouldn't this action have a disastrous impact on your marriage? Why would you feel that having recreational sex with a man would be no less harmful to your marriage? What I would like to ask you is this. Are you gay? Are you having difficulty accepting your gayness? Is bisexuality a stepping stone for you in order to accept yourself? Many times people find it difficult to deal with harsh truths and can only accept them in stages. If you truly love your wife and honor your marriage and family, you won't do anything to jeopardize it. If you need to sort through feelings find a sympathetic friend or counselor who can listen and help you find your answers. If you are gay, don't be ashamed of it. Your value as a human being is still the same. If you are truly bisexual, accept this side of you, but don't engage in activities that will hurt your family.
