The Wickford Glyptothek
This area is devoted to photographs of sculptures of the male nude. Most of these photographs I have taken myself, because over the years, I have discovered that museums are astonishingly prudish about the images that they sell, particularly in postcard form, in the gift shoppe.
Hence The Wickford Glyptothek.
While the sculptures displayed in the Wickford Glyptothek are neither "graphic" nor "explicit", they are sculptures of the male nude body, and, since I took many of the pictures myself, I know that the exposure of the customarily neglected homoerotic appeal of the sculptures was the paramount incentive.
My motives are unchanged.
Accordingly, if you are unsure that gazing at hot hunks of marble is your thing, may I
suggest that you click on the

art in cyberspace?
Those of you who share my passion for hot hunks, even if they are made out of real
marble, need only click on this captivating
to study the Barberini Faun
or click on this melon-bunned
to study the Pediment sculptures from
the Temple of Aphaia at Aegina.
